At TRIVOOO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within the eligible return period.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return requests submitted after the eligible return period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value or process a refund, where appropriate.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing brijeshp2102@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened or used

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Additional exclusions may apply depending on the product category.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect product, TRIVOOO will bear the return shipping cost where applicable.

  • A change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer, or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The returned item has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing parts or accessories.

  • The item is returned without original packaging where required.

  • The return request falls outside the eligible return period.

  • The product is listed as non-returnable.
