1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after the eligible return period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

A damaged, defective, or incorrect product, TRIVOOO will bear the return shipping cost where applicable.

A change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer, or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
